Samantha Dene's Dance and Fitness was launched in January 2018, it is a friendly non-competitive dance school which continues to expand. We provide professional and exciting classes for children ages 2+ and fun fitness classes for adults. We also provide holiday clubs, performance opportunities, host children's parties, themed events, fundraising events and more.
At Samantha Dene's Dance we want children to discover and develop their artistic side whilst building and enhancing their self-confidence. We are passionate about the art of dance and encouraging children to believe in themselves. We use a growth mindset through our teaching to develop confidence in our students.
We pride ourselves in being an affordable dance school open to all.
Our aim in our children's classes is to encourage not only confidence, but to enhance performance skills and teach the correct dance technique in a friendly non-competitive atmosphere and without the pressure to take exams.
We believe that children who dance work on; their creativity, expression and on building relationships with peers. Children develop gross and fine motor skills, strength, balance, increase cardiovascular health and kinaesthetic awareness. The classes teach the children structure, class etiquette, and team work, helping to put them in good stead for their future.
